Tour of Werkstatt Exilmuseum
Werkstatt Exilmuseum: Forum, Lab, Exhibition
What’s Exilmuseum about? What is being worked on? How will it look? And how could those interested get involved? Our participatory conversational tours will address these and all kinds of other questions each Thursday throughout the Days of Exile.
Dates: September 14 / September 21 / September 28 / Oktober 5, 2023
at 4 pm (the house is open from 3–6 pm)
Free admission
Location: Werkstatt Exilmuseum, Fasanenstr. 24, 10719 Berlin
The building is unfortunately not barrier-free.
Dis/location Re/visited
Belarusian journalist Ludmila Pogodina will be a guest in the workshop area directly after the guided tour through Werkstatt Exilmuseum. She will present the series of Polaroid photos in which she captured the personal stories of people experiencing exile. After initially encountering Berlin as a “party town,” she has since come to see that everything is very different when you arrive on a one-way ticket, fleeing repression and without any prospects of a safe return.
September 28, 2023, 5 pm
Free admission
Language: English
Location: Werkstatt Exilmuseum, Fasanenstr. 24, 10719 Berlin
