With the #myExileMuseum program, you can become part of our community and actively contribute to the new Exilmuseum! We are starting off with a workshop on the topics of flight, exile and photography – a great opportunity to meet other people and to learn something about photography – followed by a photo competition!

The Exilmuseum will be built at Anhalter Bahnhof in the next few years. It tells the stories of people who were persecuted by the Nazis in the 1930s and had to flee into exile abroad. And it tells of those who are fleeing to Germany today. With workshops and participatory projects, we want to invite people in exile to take part in the founding process and share their perspectives.
